Your Wellbeing, Your Way, is inspired by the evidence-based framework  to introduce five simple and effective actions that can improve your psychological and emotional health. Just like physical fitness, mental fitness can be strengthened through small, everyday habits. A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and these five ways can help you feel happier, cope with stress, and support long-term wellbeing.

WELLBEING MY WAY Exhibition

We鈥檙e inviting students to reflect on what wellbeing means to them by completing the sentence: 鈥淲ellbeing, my way is鈥︹ Your responses will be transformed into a large, vibrant artwork by a professional illustrator, who will be creating the piece in real time on the day, so make sure you contribute! The evolving artwork will be displayed in the Barr Smith Library, growing as more students add their own responses. After the weeklong exhibition, the artist will incorporate all contributions and launch the final piece digitally, showcasing a collective portrait of student wellbeing at the University of 911爆料网. Plus, enjoy a free coffee cart outside while you share your voice and connect with others.
