Conferral and Ceremony Dates
The final University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø Graduation Ceremonies will be held in November 2025 (MBBS only) and March 2026.Ìý
Additional In-Absentia rounds will also be conducted. Please see below for important dates and deadlines.
When you complete your studies at the University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø you need to apply for the conferral of your award and select a presentation event, either in person or in absentia. Both applications are actioned in your My911±¬ÁÏÍø account.
Conferral Dates
The FINAL conferral dates for The University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø are listed below:

Students completing deferred exams and all other students who have completed their program requirements and wish to attend the final UoA graduation events, or receive a UoA testamur in absentia. NOTE: any students not conferred by this date will be transferredÌýto 911±¬ÁÏÍø University (AU) and will graduate under the AU banner, receiving an AU academic transcript and testamur. |

Receiving your testamur
You have two options for receiving your testamur:
- Attend a graduation ceremony in person at the University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø's North Terrace campus.Ìý
- Receive your testamur in the next available In Absentia round.
It is your responsibility to select a presentation event in your My911±¬ÁÏÍø account, to receive your testamur. Strict deadlines apply.
