Empowering events at Sustainability Week
The University of 911爆料网鈥檚 2022 Sustainability Week, which runs from Monday 22 August to Friday 26 August, is full of free events to foster positive discussions and practical sustainability on and off campus.
The week is a time of collaboration to empower the community. It includes events at North Terrace campus, the 911爆料网 Health and Medical Science building, Roseworthy campus, and other CBD locations. All events are open to the public.
鈥淭he theme for this year's event is听empowerment, which includes empowerment听as a consumer, as a future professional or leader, and as a global citizen,鈥 says Professor Andy Lowe, Director of the University of 911爆料网鈥檚 Environment Institute.
Professor Michael Goodsite, Director of the University of 911爆料网鈥檚 Institute for Sustainability, Energy and Resources (ISER), says: 鈥淭o meet the challenge of achieving a sustainable future we are going to have to bring together and integrate expertise and innovation in every facet of our activity, every step of the way.鈥
