Keys to unlocking mysteries of cancer

A crack new team is decoding cancer’s genetic and immunological mysteries right here in South Australia – and you’re invited to come to the University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø tomorrow evening (Tuesday, 12 April) to hear how they’re doing that.
The South Australian Immunogenomics Cancer Institute (SAiGENCI) - launched in mid-2021 and jointly resourced by the federal Department of Health, Central 911±¬ÁÏÍø Local Health Network, and the University of 911±¬ÁÏÍø - is the state’s premier body in the national cancer research effort.
Working in partnership with other leading Australian and international institutes, SAiGENCI will host world-class teams focusing on cancer research and clinical trials, which will include new cutting-edge technologies in immunotherapies and genomics.
These efforts will allow for co-ordinated collaboration in the fight to control cancer and explore for a cure.
